How do I order a custom Facebook / instagram video?

Email design@bscmedia.com and we will send you a payment link as well as upload link for your PSD. If you need a video design from scratch we will ask you a few questions before we start the project.

Do I need to prep my PSD file?

Yes, fonts must be included or rasterized as layers. Also adjustment layers will be flattened to best match flyer adjustment effect. RBG files preferred but CMYK accepted

What file formats do I get?

We will provide a MP4 & MOV download link.

What is the turnaround time frame?

It takes 5-7 business days for first draft, You get 3 graphic revisions and 5 text edits, no more. If you must have more it will be billed at $50hr in 5min increments.
